Before working at Deyerle Silva Smith on complex divorce cases and custody litigation, she worked as an associate at a boutique family law firm with a focus on high-end family law cases. Her experience reinforced her conviction to fight for her clients with compassion.  She understands the importance and strength of teamwork and thrives in the team-oriented environment of Deyerle Silva Smith.

 
As a strong advocate for families, Christiane excels at advising clients on how to achieve their goals while still putting their children’s interests first. She recognizes that family law is not just about crunching numbers on a spreadsheet or dividing up days on a calendar; it is about restructuring a family to enable clients and their children to move forward on a positive footing.


Christiane graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with honors. She then attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas. While in law school, Christiane worked as a student attorney with the W.W. Caruth, Jr. Child Advocacy Clinic representing foster children as their Attorney Ad Litem.
